Patricio Sapir - Technical Units Manager
Like all great ideas, Patricio's career began with pencil and paper. As a child, he liked to create his own comics and would spend hours drawing them. Then his cousin bought a computer and all of that changed. They spent almost all of their free time playing adventure games.
When Patricio realized that he could create his own games, like he had been creating his own comics, his future fell into place. He began programming games as a teenager and soon moved on to more practical development work. His college education is more of a finishing school, as he already had highly-developed skills when he began his university studies in Buenos Aires. Armed with solid education, great experience and some incredible samples of C++ application development for Pocket PCs, Patricio joined Plus54 as a Windows Developer.
Now, as a Team Manager, his work has become more of an adventure. Coordinating teams and solving different types of issues within a team has become his main responsibility.
While it's not comic books or games, his job is still something Patricio enjoys.
