Axel really rose to the occasion with the projects assigned for phone. Furthermore, he always demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new things (today, in example, he’s just started up an Android app!)

In the words of his specific team: “We picked Leandro due this commitment from minute1 (minute 0 his computer’s still starting up) and his passion for learning”. We couldn’t have put it better than that!

Flexibility, spark, energy, excellent results, quick and concise responses,… We could go on forever, but sadly we’d fall short of capturing the essence of what Andres offers us at Plus54. Thanks, Andres for all your great effort!

As always, Dana demonstrates in each project a high level of organization and attention to details, most greatly reflected in her capacity for thorough documentation of projects. Such skills have been crucial in the contribution to a well executed project as well as maximizing efficiency through the saving of valuable time.

Sebastian is being recognized for his excellent performance as a PM and Pod leader. His flexibility and versatility in various projects, as well as his ability to adapt to changing situations (taking on ALL of the projects of a fellow pod leader when it was needed) has demonstrated to us Sebastian’s indispensability on his Pod.
